Our Mission
Shaping Future Leaders.
Based in Luton, Macoc Educational Services Ltd exists to make world-class coding, STEM, and language education accessible to every child — regardless of background, ability, or circumstance.
Our Story
Built From a Passion for Community
Macoc Educational Services Ltd was founded by the Macoc team with one clear purpose: to close the digital skills gap for young people in Luton. Having witnessed how limited access to technology education could shape a young person's future, the Macoc team committed to building a local learning centre that puts children first.
What began as small after-school coding sessions has grown into a comprehensive educational service — delivering curriculum programmes in coding, STEM, languages, and holiday camps to hundreds of children and families each year.
Today, Macoc works in close partnership with Lewsey Farm Learning Centre Trust, primary and secondary schools across Luton, and Luton Borough Council's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme — delivering our programmes directly on school premises and at our learning centre to ensure every child we serve receives structured, safe, and meaningful learning experiences.
We believe the classroom does not end at the school gates — and we are proud to be the bridge that connects curious young minds to their future.
What Drives Us
Our Core Pillars
Every decision we make — from curriculum design to daily drop-off — is guided by these four non-negotiable commitments.
Child Safety First
Every member of our team holds an enhanced DBS clearance. We follow Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2024 and maintain robust safeguarding protocols at every session. No child is ever unsupervised.
Inclusion & Equity
We welcome learners of all abilities, backgrounds, and circumstances. Through our partnership with Luton Borough Council's HAF programme, we provide fully funded spaces so financial barriers never prevent a child from learning.
Future Skills
Coding, robotics, AI, and digital literacy are no longer optional — they are essential. We equip children and adults with the skills the modern world demands, delivered in a way that is engaging, practical, and fun.
Digital Access
Technology should be for everyone. From six-year-olds discovering Scratch for the first time, to adults aged 75 learning to navigate online portals, we design every programme to meet learners exactly where they are.
